pleasant surprise

disappointing experience

So, we got this beach basket that was supposed to be complimentary. That was a decent surprise, unlike zero special gifts for our 25th anniversary, which honestly felt like a slap in the face after I had informed them ahead of time.

It ain't cheap, but I guess you pay for the status.

Loved the aqua aerobics and live music; made my stay feel vibrant. The ocean view from my room was stunning with waves crashing at night.

Felt like it was a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.
